RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Frenchy Candy, we offer a subscription service and sell snacks, which are perishable goods. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not generally possible. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will assess refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
PERISHABLE GOODS
Since our snacks are perishable, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless:
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at contact@frenchycandy.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you have a subscription with us, you can cancel or modify it at any time. Refunds for canceled subscriptions are only provided if the cancellation occurs before the shipment of your next box.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please email us at contact@frenchycandy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- A photo of the item(s).
- A description of the issue.
- Your order number.
Once we review your request, we may offer:
- A replacement shipment.
- A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
REFUNDS
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
