Terms and Conditions
1. Object
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Frenchy Candy and its customers in the sale of monthly subscription boxes containing French snacks, intended for delivery abroad.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are monthly subscription boxes containing a selection of French snacks. Details of the products included in each box are described on the Frenchy Candy website.
3. Orders
Orders are placed online on the Frenchy Candy website. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing the order. The order is considered accepted once payment is validated by Frenchy Candy.
4. Price and Payment
Subscription prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery charges. Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the Frenchy Candy website. As a Member, you agree to the following benefits and Terms: You must provide us with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. Please make sure to keep this information up to date at all times. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. All such personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy. Frenchy Candy may add an additional charge to your subscription in the case of worldwide shipment disruption (such as a global pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) when normal shipping methods are not possible. In such cases, Frenchy Candy may be required to upgrade your shipping method to a higher class — unless you make a request to opt-out of the shipment upgrade prior to the charge. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. Any account changes made after the last day of each month should not be expected to reflect on the subscription until the following shipping period.
5. Delivery
Monthly boxes are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are indicated during the ordering process. Frenchy Candy undertakes to make every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
6. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery issues, the customer is invited to contact Frenchy Candy's customer service as soon as possible. Frenchy Candy undertakes to provide a solution promptly, whether it be a refund, a resend of the order, or any other solution agreed upon by both parties.
7. Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable law, in case of quality issues or non-compliance of the products, Frenchy Candy undertakes to fully refund the customer.
8. Allergens
Frenchy Candy undertakes to provide an ingredient list for each product included in its monthly boxes to inform customers of the possible presence of allergens. However, while we do our best to provide accurate common allergies, the list is not comprehensive and Frenchy Candy cannot guarantee that every item is allergen-free in all of the subscription boxes.
9. Customer Service
For any questions, complaints, or information requests, Frenchy Candy's customer service is available to the customer by email at contact@frenchycandy.com.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These TCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
11. Modification of the TCS
Frenchy Candy reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after their publication on the Frenchy Candy website.
